Welcome to our Association partnership with the Florida Baptist Foundation to assist you and your church in the area of estate planning.

The Florida Baptist Foundation is the Trust Agency of the Florida Baptist State Convention, established in 1957 to provide churches and individuals the most tax efficient and effective ways of planning for future generations of ministry. The Foundation exists primarily as a ministry to help those who desire to benefit their church and Baptist ministries financially during their lifetimes and at their passing.

Our Association has partnered with the Florida Baptist Foundation to help you understand and learn more about how you can advance our church’s current and future ministries.

Our Churches and Association have several ways in which you can provide future generations with adequate resources to continue the work and ministries of our church.

Your heart may be drawn into more than one ministry, here are a few suggestions:

Missions Fund – Earnings will be used to support the various mission activities our association either sponsors or supports financially, either directly or through gifts where the income goes directly to the ministry (i.e. Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, State Missions etc).

Community Ministries Fund – Earnings are used to support various ministries in and around our local area, such as feeding shelters, disaster relief ministries as well as our Association.

Space Coast Seafarer's Ministry Endowment Fund - Earnings are used to support Brevard Baptist Association's ministry at the Port at Cape Canaveral.  Cape Canaveral is the second largest cruise ship port in the world.  Each month, there ate approximately 1,500 crew members from all over the world that visit our port ministry.

Church Endowment Fund - Earnings are unrestricted and used at the discretion of the church to support the various ministries and activities of your church.

Education and Scholarship Assistance – Earnings are used to assist students from our Association and churches with scholarship assistance. Personal Endowment Fund – You establish a fund in your names and the earnings are used to support several ministries with annual gifts. You select a number of ministries and the Florida Baptist Foundation distributes the gifts annually.
